Phil Stepanski - Director
Mr. Phil Stepanski took over as Director of the Eisenhower Theater program in the summer of 2024. He is an accomplished actor and director, having performed in and directed well over 50 combined productions (both professional and community) around the area. He received an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater from Marquette University and since that time, he has been a regular actor and director at numerous local venues including Sunset Playhouse, Waukesha Civic Theatre, SummerStage of Delafield, Lake Country Playhouse and The Box Theatre. In addition to his work at Eisenhower Middle/High School, within the last year he has directed Spamalot: School Edition (The Box Theatre), and Now and Then (Sunset Playhouse), and performed as Mr. Tumnus in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (SummerStage).

Katie Schneider - Music Director
Ms. Katie Schneider is the director of choirs at Eisenhower Middle/High School. She is originally from Muskego, WI, where she found her love for musical theater in their school productions such as West Side Story, Sister Act, and Catch Me If You Can. She has also performed with Greendale Community Theater in their production of Rock of Ages. Ms. Schneider graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2022 and currently sings with the Master Singers of Milwaukee.
Katie Schneider - Music Director

Josh Kimball - Pit Conductor
Mr. Josh Kimball has been the orchestra teacher at Eisenhower Middle/High School for 9 years. He has been a part of four musicals as a bass player and pit director. He enjoys the fun of live theater; you never know what will happen! Mr. Kimball grew up in Minneapolis, MN where he was a student lighting director for three years at Minneapolis South High School.
Josh Kimball - Pit Conductor

Scott Fudali - Technical Director
Mr. Scott Fudali became the technical advisor for the Eisenhower Middle/High School Theater program in the summer of 2024. He has been working on the technical side of theater for over 15 years designing lights, sound, and sets for different organizations including Carroll University, Waukesha Civics Theatre, SummerStage of Delafield, and The West Allis Players. He has also performed in 31 shows in the past 21 years across the same organizations.
Emily Mertens - Choreographer
Ms. Emily Mertens is a Milwaukee based performer, choreographer, and educator. She graduated from Carthage College with a degree in Music Theatre. She has performed with many local theatre companies including Skylight Music Theatre, Bombshell Theatre Company, Kith and Kin Theatre Collective, Waukesha Civic Theatre, and Outskirts Theatre Company. She choreographs regularly at Eisenhower Middle/High School, but also at Greenfield High School and Longfellow Middle School.
Emily Mertens - Choreographer
Ms. Emily Mertens is a Milwaukee based performer, choreographer, and educator. She graduated from Carthage College with a degree in Music Theatre. Alexa Farrell - Costume Designer
Ms. Alexa Farrell receiver her BFA Theatre Performance Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Previously she's worked as a performer, designer, director and educator. Her opportunities have allowed her to work with several educational programs including Waukesha West, Marquette University High School and currently Eisenhower Middle/High School.
